Our Wagyu Pastrami is cut from deboned Wagyu beef brisket. The raw meat is brined, partially dried, seasoned with our famous herbs and spices mix, and finally smoked to seal. A wonderful premium take on a traditional favourite. Our Wagyu Pastrami is cut to order.
